✓ 30-minute follow-up visits to adjust your care as your body responds

✓ Education and shared decision-making at every step, you'll always understand the why behind recommendations
✓ All visits are conducted virtually via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform from anywhere in PA, NJ, or MD.

Sign up for the 12-month membership within 30 days and your $600 is credited, bringing the membership to $2,100.
STEP 2 · ONGOING CARE
12-Month Signature Membership
$2,100
when you join within 30 days of your initial visit ($600 credited)
— Follow-up visits approximately every 8 weeks
— Evidence-based treatment plan tailored to you
— Prescriptions sent as appropriate
— Labs ordered as needed. Patients can use their own insurance to cover lab costs.

Standard rate is $2,700 if joining after 30 days
STEP 3 · AFTER YOUR MEMBERSHIP
What comes next
The goal is that you feel like a different person than when you started. Many patients transition to a maintenance plan with less frequent visits and a lower cost, designed to keep you feeling your best without starting over. Others continue active care as we keep optimizing. Either way, you won't be left without support.
